Posting of orders (items that are instock) are done once every 2 weeks, (normally end of second week of the month, and then end of the month) but please email us at thepigbakesclay@gmail.com to find out the exact posting date for your order if you need it urgently.
However, should you order a preorder, it takes about 4-10 weeks depending on the design you had chosen)please refer to the item listing for the exact order waiting time of your purchased item. And once the item is completed, it will then be scheduled to be sent out in the next upcoming packing period.
Also, an email notification will be sent to your emails once the items are picked up by the courier.
